- WARRANTY IS NOT APPLICABLE to any plant purchased at Grower Direct Pricing
- Members have the option to purchase Plant Material at REGULAR RETAIL price to obtain a 3 year warranty, if applicable
- Grower Membership is Non-Transferable
- Membership expires one years after date of issue
- Discounts may not be applies towards Service Charges (ie: delivery and planting charges)
- Any Grower Direct tree installed by Connon Nurseries carries NO WARRANTY
- Grower Direct Membership cannot be combined with any other offer or sale, unless specified by Connon Nurseries
- Contact information is collected at the commencement of your Grower Direct Membership; Proof of membership will be verified for subsequent transactions.
