Terms & Conditions

  • Subscription duration is three seasons from date of purchase.
  • Subscription will not auto re-new. All sales are final, no substitutions,
  • In store items only. Each seasonal planter must be picked up within the pick-up time frame and from the location of original purchase.
  • No further discounts apply.
  • Planters that are not picked up within the specified time frame are not eligible for refund.

  • Order Cutoff Dates

    Order by the seasonal deadline and you'll be notified by email when your planter is ready for pickup.

    • Fall Order deadline: Aug 28
    • Winter Order deadline: Nov 5
    • Spring/Summer Deadline: May 12

  • Pickup Dates

    You'll be notified by email when your planter is ready for pick up- then simply come in, grab and go! You will have an assortment of planters to choose from.

    Fall: Sept 5-Sept 16

    Winter: Nov 13-Nov 23

    Late Spring/Summer: May 20-May 31

  • How it Works

    Each planter insert will be made to suit the season! Our professional designers will create an arrangement of seasonally available plants for you to choose from.

  • Care Instructions

    Your planter insert will require a minimum of 4 hours a day of sun. Ensure you planters are watered regularly.

Is this a gift?

Give a Planted Planter Subscription as a gift! Send us an email including your order number along with the name and email address of the recipient and we will send them a special email letting them know they have received a Planted Planter Subscription as a gift! We will also notify the recipient when pickup is available.
